2. Booking and Payments

Trip Bookings

When you book a trip through our platform, you are entering into a binding contract with us and/or our travel partners. By completing a booking, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You have the authority to make the booking
  • You agree to pay the quoted price
  • You have reviewed and accepted the trip itinerary

Payment Terms

Payment terms are displayed during the booking process. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the booking amount plus applicable taxes and fees. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Additional charges, such as service fees or processing fees, may apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each trip has its own cancellation and refund policy, which will be clearly displayed during booking. Common policies include:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus admin fees
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Some trips may have non-refundable rates or special conditions.

3. Participant Eligibility and Requirements

Participation in our trips is subject to eligibility requirements such as:

  • Minimum and maximum age requirements
  • Fitness level and health requirements
  • Physical ability to undertake the activities
  • Compliance with travel documentation requirements

Specific requirements for each trip will be provided during booking. Participants are responsible for verifying their eligibility before booking.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability

Health Disclosure

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect their ability to participate. This information helps us ensure appropriate care and emergency preparedness.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in our trips, you acknowledge that outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury or illness
  • Weather-related hazards
  • Environmental conditions
  • Equipment failure
  • Unforeseen circumstances

You assume full responsibility for these risks and release Travelloger.in and its partners from liability for any injuries or losses resulting from participation.

Insurance

We recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation. Travelloger.in does not provide insurance coverage.

5. Participant Conduct

All participants must:

  • Follow all instructions from guides and staff
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Treat other participants, guides, and local communities with respect
  • Not use alcohol or illegal substances during trips
  • Not engage in behavior that endangers others
  • Comply with local laws and customs

Violation of these conduct requirements may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Travelloger.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond our control
  • We are not liable for third-party services or products purchased through our platform

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travelloger.in or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without prior written permission from Travelloger.in.

User-generated content (such as reviews and photos) remains your property, but you grant Travelloger.in a license to use, modify, and distribute such content.

8. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content ("User Content") through our platform. By submitting User Content, you:

  • Confirm you own or have rights to the content
  • Grant us a license to use, modify, and display the content
  • Agree that content may be used for marketing purposes
  • Warrant that the content does not violate any rights

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
